These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pi999 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet or wager.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, to register and use pi999. We apply KYC verification procedures and may request proof of age at any time.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. pi999 is not licensed or regulated by any Pakistani authority. Local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may restrict participation.
All promotions and bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game contribution rates and expiry dates. Attempting to abuse bonus structures may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. The operator reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.
Match-fixing, collusion, use of automated betting tools, fraudulent chargebacks and multi-accounting are strictly prohibited. pi999 uses fraud-detection systems and will suspend accounts where prohibited conduct is suspected.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and the operator of the pi999 platform (hereinafter "pi999", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://pi999.cam and any associated mobile applications, products and services (collectively, the "Platform").

To register and maintain an Account on pi999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
pi999 reserves the right to request Verification Documents at any stage of the registration or ongoing account lifecycle. Access to deposits, withdrawals and certain features may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The operation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances pending investigation. If you believe a duplicate Account has been created in error, you must contact support immediately.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, country of residence and valid contact details. You are required to update this information promptly if it changes. pi999 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify pi999 support immediately at [email protected] (email address, not a clickable link) and change your password without delay.
The Platform displays balances, bet amounts and transaction figures in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The operator's underlying processing currency may differ. Any conversion fees or exchange-rate differences that arise through your payment provider are your own responsibility.
pi999 references familiar Pakistani payment options — including digital wallets and banking channels widely used in Pakistan — as context for the types of convenient deposit methods the operator aims to support, subject to current availability and applicable regulations. Payment method availability may vary by jurisdiction and is subject to change without notice. The names of payment providers referenced on this Platform are used as contextual references only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation or gambling support by those providers.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. pi999 does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, the deposit will be reversed, any associated winnings will be voided and the Account may be suspended.
Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are published on the cashier pages of the Platform. These thresholds may vary by payment method and are denominated in PKR. The operator reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
pi999 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility. Deposits that fail due to insufficient funds, incorrect payment details or payment provider refusals will not be credited to your Account. Do not contact pi999 support as a substitute for resolving issues with your payment provider.
Fraudulent chargebacks — disputing a legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider after placing bets with the deposited funds — constitute fraud and will result in permanent Account closure, withholding of all Balances and potential referral to relevant authorities.
Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification to the operator's satisfaction. Withdrawals will not be processed from Accounts with open bonus wagering requirements unless Real Money Funds in excess of the bonus balance are being withdrawn and the withdrawal does not affect the ongoing wagering obligation.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering control measure. The operator reserves the right to require an alternative verified payment method in circumstances where the original method is no longer available.
Withdrawal processing times are targets only and are not guaranteed. Actual processing time depends on the payment method selected, the completeness of your KYC verification and any additional due-diligence checks the operator is required to perform. The operator aims to process verified withdrawal requests in a commercially reasonable timeframe.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply and are published in the cashier section of the Platform. The operator reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments. Source-of-funds documentation may be requested for withdrawals above certain thresholds.
pi999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, void or reverse any Bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where a technical error has affected odds, where a market has been suspended or where the operator reasonably suspects irregular betting activity. A Bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference from the Platform.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per Bet, per market and per Player. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may be adjusted by the operator without prior notice for individual Accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
A Bet may be declared void and the stake returned to your Account Balance in circumstances including: event postponement or cancellation, manifest error in odds display, incomplete fixture data or other circumstances at the operator's reasonable discretion. Void Bets do not count towards bonus wagering requirements.
pi999 offers extensive markets on Pakistan cricket fixtures, PSL/T20 competitions and ICC tournaments. Sport-specific rules — including settlement procedures for rain-affected matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments, abandoned innings and result reversals following official inquiries — are governed by the market rules published in the Platform's sport rules section, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Live in-play markets are subject to dynamic odds changes and may be suspended or closed at short notice. Bets placed immediately before or during a suspension may be voided at the operator's discretion. Latency in data feeds is an inherent characteristic of live betting; any advantage sought through exploitation of data-feed latency constitutes prohibited conduct under Clause 9.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term prevails for the subject matter of that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must place bets totalling thirty times the bonus amount before the bonus balance is converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds). Minimum odds thresholds, maximum bet limits per round and game contribution rates apply and are disclosed in each promotion's terms.
Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated expiry period will be removed from your Account Balance without notice. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's terms and begin from the time the bonus is credited to your Account.
pi999 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging across multiple outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinated multi-Account bonus claiming and systematic exploitation of free-bet offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, the operator reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, void associated winnings and permanently close the Account.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Depositing during an active bonus period may affect your eligibility for a new bonus; specific conditions are stated in each promotion's terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pi999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and referral to relevant legal authorities:
All content on the pi999 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of the operator or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without the operator's prior written consent.
The pi999 name, logo and associated marks are trademarks of the operator. Unauthorised use of any pi999 trademark, service mark or trade name is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pi999, its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pi999 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network failures and force-majeure events may affect Platform availability.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability is not permitted by law, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by that law. In no event shall pi999's aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account Balance at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by the operator's wilful misconduct, where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
pi999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: these Terms have been breached; fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity is occurring; the operator is required to do so by a regulatory or legal authority; or continued operation of the Account presents a financial, legal or reputational risk to the operator.
Upon Account closure for breach, the operator may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, any Balance attributable to breaching activity — including associated winnings — may be forfeited. Real Money Funds not attributable to the breach will be returned to you via your last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. If a bonus is active at the time of voluntary closure, any unconverted Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned after deduction of any amounts owed to the operator under these Terms.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with a material amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect and request a return of your Real Money Funds balance.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pi999 accepts no liability for your failure to review updated Terms before continuing to use the Platform.
These Terms and any dispute, claim or obligation arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated or licensed. Specific governing-law details are available upon request from support.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact pi999 support in the first instance and allow a reasonable period for the operator to investigate and respond before escalating the matter. The operator maintains a formal complaints procedure; details are available from the support team.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
Pakistani courts and regulatory authorities do not supervise or regulate the operation of pi999. Players in Pakistan assume sole responsibility for the legality of their participation under applicable Pakistani law. This notice does not constitute legal advice.
